well, if it is not your intent to make her hair stick out like that, i would suggest lowering the curls and let the curls fall so to add a more natural effect. I would also suggest that the foot in the front should be a tad smaller so the legs seem congruent but their placement obviously differs. besides that it looks well. you could also add shine to her eyes to emphasize her cheeks. add gloss to her finger nails and toe nails to complement her shoes, thus giving your image much more impact. you did great over all.
